Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Belcrew platform ("Service"), operated from Belgium. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Belcrew web application, API, and mobile applications.
- "Customer" means the business entity that subscribes to the Service.
- "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform under a Customer account.
- "Worker" means a field service worker managed through the Platform.
2. Service Description
Belcrew is a multi-tenant B2B field service automation platform. The Service includes worker management, job dispatch, time tracking, payment processing, and analytics capabilities. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Each User account is for a single individual and may not be shared.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Upon termination, you may request export of your Customer Data within 30 days.
6. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in EUR and exclude applicable VAT.
- Payment is processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
- Late payments may incur interest at the Belgian legal rate (Wet Betalingsachterstand).
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service outages, network failures, or force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Belcrew and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during the subscription term.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
- We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms.
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will be suspended.
- You may request data export within 30 days of termination.
- After the 30-day data export period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
